These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bisque's website and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Bisque provides AI consultancy and digital services including AI automation, web design, digital marketing, and strategy consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and statements of work signed before work begins.

Consultations and Quotes

Initial consultations are free. Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Once a proposal is accepted and a deposit is paid, the engagement is confirmed.

Payment Terms

For projects under £1,500: 100% payment on acceptance.
For projects over £1,500: 50% deposit to begin work, remaining balance on completion or per milestone schedule in the signed proposal.
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals. Delays in client feedback may affect timelines. We will agree reasonable deadlines at project start and flag delays promptly.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for them (websites, content, strategies). We retain rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential knowledge developed during the engagement. Pre-existing IP (client data, third-party tools) remains owned by the respective owners.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. On termination, client pays for all work completed to date. We refund any unspent pre-paid work not yet started.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
